Mop Till You Drop provides residential cleaning services to homes in South Dublin, Ireland. All services are performed by vetted, trained cleaning professionals. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

2. Bookings and Enquiries

Submitting the contact form on our website constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us, including agreed date, time, and price. No payment is required at the enquiry stage.

3. Pricing

Prices listed on our website are indicative starting rates. Final pricing may vary based on the property's condition, actual size, specific requirements, or add-on services requested. A final quote will be agreed with you before any service begins.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling request at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will always endeavour to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests.

5. Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and adequate access to your property at the scheduled time. You agree to inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special requirements in advance. We are not liable for damage arising from pre-existing conditions or inadequate information provided by the client.

6. Liability

We are fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team during a cleaning session, please notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate and address the matter fairly. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning session in question, except where prohibited by law.

7. Eco-Conscious Products

We use biodegradable, eco-conscious cleaning products as standard. If you have specific product requirements or sensitivities, please inform us before your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
